- Communicating with Shunt supervisor on the priority of loads and pulling accordingly
- Communicating hourly with Shunt supervisor on progress of loads.
- Designating and prioritizing pulling based of load priority and area ie VPC/3rd party/VDS
- Managing yard staff hourly throughput per activity and disciplinary measures enforcement. (+-80 per shift)
- Pulling of reports and managing exceptions/errors
- Ensuring the accuracy of units being scanned both inbound and outbound.
- Analyzing movement data to identify individuals who aren’t productive.
