I am a highly motivated and versatile educator with a diverse academic foundation and a passion for fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments. My journey began with a Higher Certificate in Heritage Studies, where I developed an appreciation for cultural heritage and critical thinking skills. Building on this, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, majoring in Psychology, Sociology, History, and Heritage Studies, which equipped me with a multidisciplinary understanding of human behaviour, society, and the importance of preserving history. My commitment to education was further solidified through the completion of a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), specializing in the Humanities. This qualification honed my pedagogical skills and prepared me to teach History, Social Sciences, and Life Orientation across various learning phases. Most recently, I completed a Bachelor of Education Honours in Inclusive Education and Issues in History Education, deepening my expertise in addressing diverse learning needs and critically analyzing the role of history education in shaping learners' perspectives. A significant highlight of my academic journey is the Global: History of the World certificate from the University of Cambridge. This program provided me with a global perspective on historical narratives and allowed me to engage with diverse cultures through thought-provoking discussions and collaborative learning. The course shaped my ability to approach history education with a more inclusive, multicultural lens, enriching my teaching philosophy and inspiring me to create culturally responsive classrooms. With a strong educational foundation, practical teaching experience, and a commitment to lifelong learning, I am dedicated to promoting critical thinking, cultural awareness, and academic success among learners. My ability to adapt to diverse educational settings and connect with students from all backgrounds makes me a valuable contributor to any institution.
