I am a skilled and a professional death claim investigator with 15 years experience in dealing with the approved scheme’s death benefit claims investigation. The investigations are conducted as per the provisions of Section 37C of the Pension Funds Act, which directs that all nominees as well the dependants as defined in the Act are considered for death benefit distribution. I also draft trustees’ resolutions for the Principal Officers for death benefit claim cases discussed and finalized by the Board of Trustees. I have the knowledge, the operation and the requirements for setting up the beneficiary trust funds for the minor beneficiaries which are administered by independent trusts administrators.
