  • Assist with recruitment and placement of candidate for training program, work-readiness programmes, learnerships and apprenticeships.
  • Ensure compliance in the recruitment process by screening resumes/CV's, qualifications and application forms.
  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting performing background checks and verifying references.
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet requirements.
  • Assist in interview settings for identified candidates, prepare interview score sheets, interview attendance registers.

  • Gather payroll data i.e., learner's training attendance timesheets, leave forms, bank confirmation letters, SARS letters.
  • Provide general administrative support, (scanning, printing, photocopying and filling).
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, prepare and distribute invitations.
  • Sets up and maintaining filling system by capturing all hard copies and soft copies.
