My job is to Develop store strategies to attain stipulated targets through increasing customer experience and sales objectives for each store Network. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and credit applications, filing, and completing orders. Maintain strong knowledge of all products and pricing at store level through training of employees and promotions to customers. Handling all aspects of Marketing at store level and maintaining knowledge of competitive offers and collect feedback from Store operator regarding customer concerns and feedback. Customer services and Liaison, provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services handling of inquiries from store operators as well as cold calling with potential new customers.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

In my experience in the organization, I have worked for, for the past 2 years I have managed to develop personal and interpersonal skills i.e., communication skills, People skills and Relationship building skills. All my duties have been sales oriented, and I have thus learnt the importance of being diplomatic and tactful in getting people to listen to me. I have realized that both clients and colleagues tend to respond much better to me than they otherwise would have done.
