  • Once the client takes release we issue with all outstanding charges and issue a DRO (Delivery Release Order), for them to uplift from our nominated depot which is SACD
  • If containers are still in SACD for 28 days, we forward manifest to our depot for unpacking container and moving cargo to states warehouse, in which all parties are informed of this movement
  • Scanner Stops – clients request us to move via scanner, which we action and from scanner we move it to our nominated depot.
  • SARS Anti-Smuggling Stops – we email clients and to action accordingly
  • Once all of the above is done, we re-run all of our reports, which is all to be clear and then get our Freight Supervisor to sign them off.
  • Resolve import queries.

Imports Controller
