Serving as Archdeacon since 2020, providing pastoral care and leadership in the Lowveld Archdeaconry. Liaising with parish clergy and church wardens on diocesan priorities, spiritual direction and parish leadership.

• Participating in diocesan meetings and synods, engaging on matters affecting the diocese.
• Ensuring parish visitations in the archdeaconry to support the parish leadership and cultivate relationships to strengthen church growth.
• Regular communication channels established with parishes, building stronger bonds within archdeaconry.
• Initiated first diocesan fundraising event on archdeaconry level, that is now carried forward as an annual event to support diocesan outreach projects including youth ministry.

• Developed training programs on compliance, financial stewardship and leadership for clergy and church wardens of the Lowveld Archdeaconry.

• Coordinate quarterly archdeaconry meetings for clergy and wardens to align programs and planning.
• Hosting bi - annual retreats and prayer days for clergy and parish leadership at archdeaconry level.

• Maintain a Parish Structure through annual vestry meetings in consultation with church members, wardens and fellow clergy to ensure that the faithful of St Paul and its chapelries are led and ministered to consistently with both leadership and ministry teams in place.
• Encourage church wardens, church council members and church guilds to work collaboratively, fostering parish unity and growth.
• Providing leadership at community level (blocks/cells) to enhance spiritual growth through weekly bible study and prayer fostering deep understanding of scripture.
• Providing pastoral care for parishioners, visiting the sick and elderly, promoting spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
• Encourage dialogue on ethical issues leading community awareness for Christian action.
• Guiding ministry teams to ensure optimal pastoral care in their duties and preparation for the various ministries in the parish.

Served as Diocesan Chaplain of Mothers Union for 9 years after serving as archdeaconry chaplain for 3 years, I provided spiritual guidance and support to diocesan executives and their 588 members.
