Most of my experience was at the mines which is a highly unionized workplace and labour intensive. I am experienced in learning and development, union engagements, talent management, performance management. Excellent in implementation processes and a strategic team member who is able to integrate easily within the organization in order to create a good relationship with other departments within the organization.
