• Perform financial planning, reporting and analysis
• Plan and direct cost to completion modelling of new projects (update projects in execution)
• Control the cost to completion model and index data base
• Prepare cost to completion estimates
• Capital expenditure (Capex) consolidation and reporting
• Perform Group Capital Investment and Monitoring Committee (GCIMC) submission verification, including presenting the summary per project
• Regulatory reporting: Regulatory Clearing Account (RCA) reporting, MYPD preparation and support

• Deliver contracts management control and administration services
• Manage and report on the provision of a contract management service and ensure the validation and maintenance of accurate information in the designated system

• Manage and resolve contract disputes, adjudications, arbitrations and legal proceedings
• Manage contract documentation selection, population, collation and compilation for approval
• Manage and conclude tender evaluation processes, contract clarifications and cost negotiations

• Project Information Reporting: SAP cost centre, project reporting and BPC reporting
• Financial Planning: Financial plan and procurement plan
• Meeting set financial targets against production requirements
• Budgeting & Forecasting: SAP annual and 5-year planning in line with business plans
• Provide project/management accounting advise and supervision function
• Perform general ledger (GL) management and reviews

• Transfer pricing and Power Producer Agreements (PPA)

• Contracts management knowledge including NEC and Procurement standard (Completed the Contract Management Development Program in 2023)
• Secretariat of Hendrina Investment committee
• Foreign exchange (FOREX): Forward cover approvals
• Also did Inventory reporting (reporting on stock movement and stock certificate) and Stock valuation (stock counts and price adjustments)

• Trained in GCD Refurbishment Project (Kriel) and did accounts payable and cash management, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and general ledger (journals)
• I also worked at GC Finance - Long-Term Planning: Preparation of cost to completion estimates, Co-ordinate and consolidate Group Capital annual project financial planning & budgeting and quarterly project report and Regulatory reporting which focuses on NERSA requirements.
