  • To ensure that the resources acquired to support the strategic objectives of the department are delivered at the right place, at the correct time, at the right price and at the right place in the right quantity and quality that will satisfy the need and to help with the general admin duties.
  • Evaluation and approval of quotations.

  • Conduct the management of assets within the office.
  • Barcoding of newly procured assets, conduct assets verification on quarterly basis; capturing the acquired assets information on Justice Yellow Page (JYP) to update and maintain the assets register of the Department.
  • Responsible for assets movement- both internal and external movements.
  • Conduct the disposal of redundant assets.
  • Receive invoices & make Sundry Payments and paying using BAS) manually & electronically on the JYP system.
  • Do the procurement for the stationary store by requesting for quotations.
  • Deliver urgent and confidential documents to national treasury when the need arises such as the Review of the Demand Plan.
  • Ensuring that all my colleagues have sufficient stationary to carry out their daily official duties.
  • Assist end-users by re-activating their CSD accounts if they have forgot their passwords or need to know of any function CSD offers.
  • Assist in recovering documents and maintaining vault.
  • Assist as observer or counter when doing stock take.
  • Appointed as health and safety representative.
  • Control activities such as: parking space allocation; building security; waste disposal.
  • Manage the upkeep equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standard.
  • Managing the building repairs: lifts, air-conditions, doors, electrical plugs, lights, urinals.
