- Reporting to the Production Director -Managing and leading a team of 60 people, allocating workload and managing the day to day operations in the workshop.
- Coordinating resources, liaising with internal and external key contacts to ensure work is delivered on time and to quality standard
- Visiting suppliers to check progress on all jobs updating schedules making sure deadlines are met
- Quotations on all incoming work
- Managing the costs and availability of materials, consumables, tools and equipment for the workshop
- Creation of streamlined production schedules and collaboration with production employees to communicate objectives and goals.

- Machine and gearbox assembling from blueprints. Commissioning equipment prior to customer handover.
