I possess more than 15 years financial management, grants and contract management; organizational capacity development experience for public, private, and non -profit organisations. Strong skills in donor reporting and compliance, capacity development services in the design and implementation of organizational systems, policies and procedures; budgeting, financial management, and accounting; internal controls and audit compliance, and procurement procedures. I have also worked with the public sector for the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development of Zimbabwe, providing support on key parastatals monitoring of expenditure, performance monitoring and evaluation of the major public enterprises, monitoring loans granted to these enterprises, and advised on corporate governance issues. Currently I am working for FHI 360 as the Regional Subaward and Operations Manager East and Southern Africa (ESARO) I am responsible for provision of oversight of bilateral projects and support for country offices in the East and Southern Africa region.
