Executive Secretary to the Deputy Registrar

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements for the Deputy Registrar and the whole division
  • Coordinate all divisional functions/meetings including catering;
  • Take, type and distribute minutes of divisional meetings;

  • Maintain schedules, dairies and calendar of the Deputy Registrar;
  • Arrange and confirm appointments on behalf of the Deputy Registrar;

  • Project Leader for 2013 South African Association For Institution Research (SAAIR). The SAAIR conference is a conference where institutions of higher learning meet annually. Universities who have affiliated to SAAIR are given the opportunity to host conferences. We had the opportunity to host the 2013 conference of which I was a Project Leader. As a project Leader I was assigned with the overall organization of the conference. I am proud to say that we have hosted the successful eventful conference.
