-Optimized production processes to maximized throughput in order to meet daily Orders

-Optimized workforce to perform respective jobs

- Monitoring Throughput and Overall Equipment Efficiency per hour

-Ensure Quality parameters are met and Food safety requirements

-Ensure Discipline is maintained among subordinates

-Investigate out of control parameters and take corrective action

-Using Kronos system for time keeping and pay roll of employees

-Ensure BPCS daily requirements are met in full

• Determined suitable crew requirements, scheduled employees and worked with Human Resources to meet changing production schedules.
• Planned and organized production schedules and assessed project and resource requirements.
• Report Production output to Spreadsheet for Management
