Dibuseng Kganane

Junior Production Engineer
Polokwane

Summary

As a growing professional in the mining and metallurgy industry, my objective is to be part of a company that will allow me to express my skills, knowledge and experience by contributing positively in day-to-day operations and production. I am a natural leader that has acted in various supervisory roles such as Acting Furnace Superintendent and the Acting Production Engineer role. During my acting roles I was able to use my integrated analytical knowledge to analyze, improve, and determine defects and technical problems which led to reduction in operating efficiencies. During my training I had an opportunity to work in raw materials where I optimized screening parameters for the ROM feeder, improved the milling power input and was part of Brine water project which resulted in an improved pellets strength. My aim is to use the knowledge that I have gained over the years to showcase my professionalism and ambitions within the industry.
