In my Truck Driver role before I joined Intercape family last year, I honed my abilities in vehicle inspections and route planning, providing a solid foundation for the Truck Driver position. My communication strength, people-centric nature and eagerness to please have afforded me excellent customer service skills.When i joined Intercape at the end of the year 2023 as an Shunter Driver i was so happy not only because i join this family but because i knew Shunting is the grassroots or development platform to understand the culture, mission and the vision of the company.The time i spend so far at the Pretoria Depot one of the biggest depot at Intercape family makes me understand the role played by operation and linking each other from workshop till the end product to handed bus to the driver.
