I have more than 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having filled multiple roles in Transmission Planning, Technical and Project Support.
My experience spans across optical, SDH, microwave transport and IP/MPLS transmission networks, as well as FTTx (OSP) planning. I also have a rich experience in IP/DCN network design, OSS implentation and support. My great IP/MPLS expertise was built from the Cisco Certified Professional with CCNA and CCNP Routing and CCNP Switching certification which had were acquired in previous years, and nurtured with the experience in my current and previous roles.
As a Technical/Services Support Engineer in my current role, I have provided in-country expertise to mobile operators, as well as private networks across Swaziland, Tanzania, Lesotho, Papua New Guinea just to mention a few.
