Accounts payable

  • Receive invoices, check accuracy and match with purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Ensure that all COD's suppliers GRN are done in time and documents submitted to head office team before deadlines for weekly and monthly payment run.

  • Assit with the costing for new and exisiting products, creating the Bill of material, take into consideration all costs and yeilds reports
  • Create jobs for products manufactured
  • Issue matrial, labour and manufacturing overheads from work in progess to the jobs
  • analyze all varinces, compare standard and actual
  • Provide a detailed job varience reports to management with respect to cost drivers.

Financial month end

  • Ensure all entries are posted before cut off
  • raise provisions / Accruals
  • Reconcile general ledgers
  • Ensure all warehouses are processed and stock intrasit,
  • Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and ensure that the consignment warehouse stock is up to date and correct
