• Compile a data base on all HIV testing data (hard copy source documents) for each correctional

centres within the Region

• Compile a data base on VMMC for selected correctional centres.
• Compiles routine data reports on indicators
• Report all funder indicators timeously to the M&E specialist
• Attend role player meetings
• Coordinates the implementation of new reporting tools and provide training at the correctional
• Responsible for optimizing TIER. Net in each correctional centre
• Provides mentorship to DCS data staff on data flow requirements to ensure all captured and
• reported data is of high quality through the use of verified data quality audit tools centres on data innovations.

• Accurately capture data from paper forms in to a project specific data base.
• Assist in managing filing systems for reporting and data quality assurance.
• Assist the DCS staff with completion of registers and clinical stationeries.
• Work together with other staff to ensure the good quality and completeness of data prior to entry.
• Supervision, in service training and Monitoring of DCS staff on how to capture on Tier.net.
• Assist with responding to queries from data cleaning and other activities to ensure data accuracy and validation.
• Compiling and reporting the daily, weekly and monthly statistics.
• Collate and store data appropriately as described in the Data plan and SOP’s
• Performing Quarterly RDQA
• Collect dispatches and back-ups at the correctional centres.
• Capturing of VMMC registers of LMN Region on Commcare.

• v Daily capturing and updating ART and Active TB files into Tier.net
• Capturing of HTS and TB presumptive on Tier.net.
• Capturing and Updating the sub clinic and CCMDD patients on Tier.net
• Generating viral load due list and hand over to the clinicians for VL collection.
• Capturing and Updating both VL and CD4 bloods into Tier.net.
• Data cleaning, completion of Site visit task form.
• Weekly workload report submitted to the Data Monitor, together with dispatch and export.
• Generating the HIV and TB reports on Tier.net and handing over to the clinic OPM.
• Assist the OPM's in completing their 10-point plan and reports.

• Running and attending the support groups.
• Attending the AIDS council meetings with the local municipality.
• Attending and presenting the monthly reports in the monthly reporting meetings with Home based carers, Hospital, Clinics and other stake holders.
