• Synchronizes feedstock/products movements using scheduling software (LP Model) to balance dependencies and constraints. Collaborates with schedulers to understand current inventory and shipment limitations and to formulate daily oils movement plans.
• Optimize monthly operating plan by providing daily production and quality targets by process units. Adjusts operating plan to capture market opportunities. Uses integrated scheduling and planning system/software(LP Model)e to model feedstock quality and composition changes effects on product yields.
• Coordinates with Operations and Maintenance to identify plant constraints and maintenance opportunities.
• Responds to and mitigates short-term operating problems.
• Interfaces with Long Term Planner and Production Analyst to ensure production commitments are met and ensure alignment with corporate plan
