  • Ensure that all deadlines from all sponsors etc. Agriseta deadlines are adhered to every year.
  • Ensure that grant applications done before their closing date.
  • Conducting interviews for facilitation, Assessment and moderation work.
  • Ensuring that facilitators are on duty on time and they adhere to the given time table.
  • Doing site visits once in two weeks.
  • Ensuring that attendance registers are marked daily.
  • Ensuring that all learners adhere to the rules and regulations of employer.
  • Ensure that we find the right place for all learners to do their agricultural practical’s.
  • Ensuring that we find them the right work placement after the completion of the projects which was eight (08) to twelve (12) months.
  • Making sure that all learning materials are available for the appointed unit standard
  • Ensuring that each and every project all learners have their PPE and they wear them all times.
  • Making sure that all projects running smoothly and all queries are attended to or are referred to relevant manager.
