- Responsible for daily monitoring of pending payments and ensuring that clients are contacted within the agreed timeframe (stipulated by service level agreement - SLA) after the receipt of a payment

- Report any suspicious behavior, activity or transactions as prescribed in the procedure to the Compliance Department.
