• I am accountable for overseeing the seamless execution of the RAN (LTE, UMTS, GSM) roll-out program, entailing a comprehensive array of responsibilities. My key roles encompass efficient Vendor Management, Order Management, and the strategic introduction of new technologies. This includes spearheading the Implementation of mobile network Proof of Concepts (POC) and drafting specifications, scope of work, user manuals, and technical guidelines.
• I play a pivotal role in knowledge dissemination by providing region-specific training sessions. I also compiled reports on mobile RAN projects assigned to me, ensuring transparency and alignment with overarching objectives. My responsibilities extend to managing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for RAN roll-out, offering technical support to Finance, Procurement, and Contract Management, and overseeing specialized projects such as COWs, Wi-Fi, and Temporary Microwave links.
• One of my core functions involves the planning and tracking of the budget for national mobile RAN roll-out initiatives. I am also instrumental in devising and implementing plans and strategies derived from conceptual ideas presented by executive management, effectively translating them into actionable projects.
• Integral to my role is the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) to facilitate seamless procurement processes. Furthermore, I am tasked with composing motivation memorandums (MEMOs) that elucidate the objectives and benefits of all projects assigned to me, seeking executive approval for funds and permissions necessary to undertake POC initiatives.

• I was responsible for:
• Ensuring that Capex and Opex spending are confined within the set limit as outlined in the price book
• Validating and approving the BOQ costs for (Local/Foreign) materials
• Tracking, updating and reporting on the LCC budget
• Ensuring service delivery by attending site meetings, tracking site-building progress and making sure that reports are generated, reviewed and approved within the SLA timelines
• Driving and managing the implementation of solutions and ensuring the quality of the work done is acceptable as directed by the national implementation quality team
• Supporting the regional team by reviewing the process
• Special projects that are assigned to the region by senior management
• Supervising and managing contractors during the site meetings and installations on-site

I was responsible for:

• Dimensioning the RAN network for the coverage, capacity and quality
• Planning the BTSs, Node-BS and defining their related parameters
• Validating the site configuration during the technical site survey visit
• Setting the specific RF parameters for the site to be integrated
• Analysing site performance after integration through drive test measurements
• And/or OSS measurements, detecting eventual problems and recommending changes
• Providing pre-planning, radio planning and pre-launch optimization reports

I was responsible for:

• Patched software and installed new versions to eliminate security problems and protect data.
• Configured hardware, devices, and software to set up work stations for employees.
