- Manage and maintain the security and integrity of the monitoring and automation systems
- Manage systems resources and availability to ensure adequate cover for both day-to-day (BAU) workload and project delivery requirements
- Ensures the monitoring and automation systems are available and reporting correctly in line with the company’s 99.999% SLA
