- Manage and maintain the security and integrity of the monitoring and automation systems
- Manage systems resources and availability to ensure adequate cover for both day-to-day (BAU) workload and project delivery requirements
- Ensures the monitoring and automation systems are available and reporting correctly in line with the company’s 99.999% SLA

- Manage the monitoring and configuration capture of network equipment and services, servers (physical and virtual), network storage devices, network communications equipment, and security Manage the provision, configuration, and deployment of Automation and Monitoring resources by e.g.: liaising with third-party suppliers for procurement; evaluating; and implementing of solutions
