Im a well trained police officer living with disability I was employed by SAPS in 2007.I've worked in Glen Grey Police Station and ORS Unit but 2015 I was diagnosed with the end stage renal failure that led to my disability through trauma and shock of the condition I was living under thinking is the end of my life and my profession was over because dialysis had to resigned 2015 March but as year go by I gain strength and the I love have for my Profession I was re-enlisted on June 2021. I've worked tirelessly and since Ntabethemba SAPS is a small station my station commander appointed to be:

On the 03rd of March 2015 I was diagnosed with kidney failure (Renal failure) that was the cause of my disability and the termination of my service

From 2015-05-18 TO 2018-10-02 I was living by dialysis on the 03rd of October I got a kidney transplant that led me to be able to work normal but with some conditions which they didn’t stop me from working and pursuing my dreams. Because 2 years after transplant I was able to work again.

  • Operate state vehicles and ensure the prescribed procedures are complied with when police vehicles are involved in an accident, and that the correct communication equipment (radio voice procedure) is handled.

Assist to enhance the implementation of the Rural Safety Strategy in the rural area in cooperation with internal and external stake holders.

  • Ensure that the Rural Safety Strategy is available at the police station and that members responsible for visible policing are aware of the criteria for the implementation of the Strategy.
