  • Obtain quarterly implementation reports from all departments
  • Reconcile and consolidate all the reports from departments
  • Co-ordinate EXCO meetings for quarterly reporting
  • Facilitate the submission of reports to provincial and national departments responsible for local government
  • In order to ensure the monitoring and oversight on performance through accurate and timely performance reporting
