Responsibilities associated with the management function involved operational leadership and control over Eastern Region transport master plans, as well as planning and coordinating operational objectives and deliverables in support of the corporate and divisional business plans. Was also responsible for creating technical master plans and optic fiber capacity planning or expanding optic fiber footprint by creating optic fiber master plans.
Perform solution design activities for different Customer Requirement Definition ’s by assessing requirements in terms of feasibility, impact and cost, thereby advising, Designing and compiling accurate customer specific solutions that are technically feasible, cost effective and easy to implement. Monitoring Network Capacity and Plan new footprint for Eastern Regional transport network. Able to compile a technical planning document, construction plan document and plan customer specific solutions for various customer requirements.
In 2016 decided to take on an entrepreneurial challenge and ventured into retail; have been managing a retail and construction business as Operations Manager from 2016 to 2020. The journey has broadened skills base and perspective.
