Key Responsibilities: to conduct Investigation in fraud, theft, maladministration, and corruption within government departments.
Conduct initial planning and investigations.
Prepare and submit weekly plan.
Participate in conducting preliminary investigations. Collect relevant information pertaining to the investigation.
Partake in execution of investigation:
• Extract relevant data and resize of original related documents.
• Verify and analyse information.
• Participate in the interviews to obtain an overview of the process, system
and obtain evidence.
• Check relevant of evidence collected. Conduct interviews.
Participate in Internal Control Assessment:
• Identify of weaknesses in the system of internal control-
Quantify consequences of break-down in the system of Internal Control:
• Provide recommendations on Control measures to prevent recurrence of fraud -
Participate in reporting writing:
Participate in concluding all working papers in, accordance with Forensic Methodology.
Draft report finding identified during the investigation.
Draft report conclusions and recommendations identified on the findings. Provide progress report/report points.
