-Answering of switchboard
-Phone customers with regards to queries
-Ordering of Raw materials and follow ups
-Assist customers with proforma invoices/Quotations
-Filling of all correspondence
-Processing of invoices and credit notes
-Assist debtors with account queries
-Assist with monitoring of credit limits
-Taking orders and processing of orders
-Responsible for Consignment stock: Invoices and record keeping on spreadsheets
-Keep track on minimum stock at our Durban Warehouse
-Processing Durban invoices and credit notes
-Assist with Cape town invoices
-Updating Durban stock sheet/Movement of stock on excel

-Arrange samples to be packed accordingly

-Booking of trucks every morning with all documentation for deliveries

-Making sure there are enough toner for all printing machines
-Assist walk in customers
-Weekly report for late and on time deliveries
