• Responsible for 6000 Financial Advisors nationally
• Roll-out of all regulatory and compliance learning programmes (Class of Business| Regulatory Examinations| Wealth Management)
• Providing expertise to the business units in the area of assessment, design and delivery, measurement and evaluation of interventions so that they meet internationally benchmarked standards
• Developing overall strategy for a specific curriculum i.e. Regulatory Training

• Drive the implementation of a technology enabled learning strategy.

• Perform the duties of Key Individual for Direct Contact Centre
• Develop and implement training schedule and programme
• Implement Quality Assurance (QA) policies and mechanisms.
• Report data quality and underwriting related matters to all relevant parties.
• Proactively conduct diagnostic tests and adherence to standards and procedures and ensure that business units performance output is consistent with agreed SLAs.
• Actively drive toward the achievement of departmental quality benchmarks and ensure alignment to the broader business.
• Ensure induction and training of new recruits and existing staff as and when needed.
• Do all required administration as dictated by QA, Training and Compliance activities undertaken using organization specific methods
• Continuous analysis, monitoring and immediate identification, investigation of processes and activities and escalation of irregularities.
