Action and implement all the recommendations made by the Auditor-General and Internal Control and Risk Management and monitor progress monthly
Analyze past experiences with regards to products/services, suppliers and value for money.
Provide support service to the line functionaries by giving advice on the interpretation of policies, regulations, and prescripts of Supply Chain Management.
Compile quarterly reports on all contracts awarded and share the information with relevant stakeholders, and end-users.
Compile monthly reports and forward them to the Provincial Treasury in terms of the specific groups empowerment stats and contracts awarded.
