In my current role, I am responsible for the identification and management of vulnerabilities across tier 1, 2, and 3 MTN Operating Companies (OpCos) throughout the MEA region. This involves spearheading the Vulnerability Management program for MTN Group and assisting OpCos in identifying, tracking, and resolving vulnerabilities. I ensure continuous monitoring for resolution and adherence to IT security policies and risk standards across tier 1, 2, and 3 OpCos. Additionally, I actively participate in strategic efforts to minimize vulnerabilities and their impact, alongside managing budgetary considerations and vendor relationships.

• The role focused on managing enterprise vulnerability scanning technologies including scheduling scans, conducting ad-hoc/validation scans, configuration settings, report creation, and minor support
• The role was responsible for managing vulnerabilities for the entire Africa continent.

• The role's objective was to lead the incident management process to resolution and ensuring that the company’s operations continue or are restored swiftly.

• As a Cyber Intelligence Centre Consultant at Deloitte, I worked as part of a team that monitored threats of different client's organization's IT infrastructure, and assessed security systems to determine weaknesses and possible improvements.

• In this position I assisted with smooth running of the department by liaising with key Academy stakeholders, managing selected Academy databases and assisting with administrative duties key to the Academy’s regular operations to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.

• I started my IT career in 2014 at Mimecast as an End-user Computing Analyst (EUC) for two years, servicing internal customers
