ITIL foundation in IT Service Management
Sending Proof of Delivery on Sherloc to Brokers and Importer of Record
• Generate handover invoices with the required billing information of the Broker
• Send completed handover information including Commercial Invoice, AWB, Freight Invoice, where required as well as a handover tax invoice
• Validate broker EDI releases (using the following DHL systems: Sherloc, DCE, DCM, DPM, ECIS, MS Teams) before the delivery/collection of the shipment
• Communicate with Importer of Record or Broker in case of any discrepancies or further information required
• Create an ODD and ST checkpoint for all shipments that need to be collected by the Broker.
• Complete a Red Alert and SS Letters for the Broker and Importer of Record for shipments aged 10 days and 14 days respectively
• Capture notification and verification information and documents in DPM, GIA and MS Teams
• Ensuring all broker documents are uploaded into GIA
• Follow-ups and notifications to customers regarding broker collection requirements and confirmation of DHL services
• Monthly independent checks of the process (documents, process, and other checks)
