At TPP, I managed all aspects of prize fulfillment for competitions, meticulously handling postal and email entries, prize dispatches, and winner communications. This included sending SMS confirmations with tracking and conducting follow-ups to ensure delivery, while maintaining strict data quality and adherence to CPA regulations. I also served as a key point of contact for project heads, providing regular updates on status and any issues.
Beyond promotions, I was responsible for extensive local and international travel arrangements for up to 30 travelers, coordinating flights, accommodation, and car rentals while managing all related expenses. My role also encompassed daily reception relief, ensuring efficient switchboard operations, managing correspondence, and warmly receiving all clientele.
I was then promoted in 2016 and became responsible for the comprehensive administration and coordination of print and digital projects, ensuring smooth workflow from inception to final delivery. My duties included managing job bags, maintaining detailed status reports and archives, and meticulously proofreading and preparing content for print and digital publication. Collaborated closely with directors and creative teams, ensuring design accuracy and proper barcode integration before coordinating FTP uploads with printers. Additionally, I handled logistical support such as arranging travel for fashion and editorial teams, managing image distribution to brands, updating mailing lists, and assisting with various aspects of production, including shoot logistics and merchandise management.

Superstar Mishkah
To All who interview Mishkah Abbas
The short version is Mishkah is a total catch.
She brings her A-game to work every day - a total professional. Committed, dependable and adaptable - she's easy to work with She makes your team stronger.
Mishkah had been successfully servicing other teams at TPP for some time before being transferred, during a crisis period, to the team I managed. Our account was out for pitch, a team member performing a critical function left, and we were unable to hire a replacement until the pitch process was complete.
The transition s seamless. Her understanding of the role and what was required, and her initiative to get on with it meant that we could carry on with the business of winning the pitch, while she maintained the business of every day service excellence to readers and winners.
If you have her CV in front of you and are considering her for the position available, you will be in great hands.
