- In my role as assistant sales manager, I assisted the area manager in overseeing the sales and consulting operations for the Limpopo region. I was also in charge of a few areas by myself. I was promoted to area sales manager after eight months, and I was now in charge of the entire Limpopo region, which comprises the towns of Thabazimbi, Lephalale, Tom Burk, Alldays, Musina, Waterpoort, Tzaneen, Groblersdal and Bela Bela. In Limpopo, I served as the company's main sales agent. The primary duty was to sell the vegetable seeds, which primarily consisted of peppers, chilies, tomatoes, watermelons, melons, cabbage, cucumbers, and squash. If farmers had any concerns about the products or farming methods, it was my duty to counsel them as necessary. Additionally, I was in charge of product development, which involved bringing in new materials and conducting trials on the new varieties. It was my responsibility to evaluate the varieties and create assessment reports that would be forwarded to our suppliers abroad in order to decide whether or not we would continue with the new varieties.
