• Led the Africa Region for the global R&D support group. We managed the global strategy for R&D support across 5 continents, the groups’ signature processes, goals and aspirations in line with the business.
• Stewarded support for South Africa, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Egypt in terms of our in-house breeding and analytics tools for Corn, Soybean, Sunflower, Sorghum, Wheat.
• Partnering with R&D scientist colleagues our team delivered critical seasonal decision data for breeding programs.
• Project Management from initiation to closure, focusing on bringing relevant, pioneering technologies and processes to R&D from IT.
• Successfully implemented JIRA/Confluence on global scale, reaching nearly 8000 clients.
