Summary

Since 2015, my career has been as a front-end web designer. I primarily work on WordPress using front-end building tools like WPBakery, Elementor, and Divi integrating custom CSS where required. Whilst my primary focus is layout and design, I also do site mockups, design banner ads, and create bulk emailers in MailChimp. I can apply basic SEO principles to my pages (incl. integrating key phrases, meta titles, URLs, and descriptions.) and can integrate WooCommerce into e-commerce sites.

  • I design and lay out web pages in WordPress using assorted page building tools, notably Elementor, Divi, and WP Bakery Page Builder.
  • I source and configure the appropriate plugins for our client sites depending on their requirements, such as Contact Form plugins, WooCommerce, Events Manager etc.
  • I select suitable Wordpress themes that will fit our client's needs.
  • If the client does not want to use WordPress, I create mockups of custom websites as per our client's specifications.
  • I update and maintain our client's websites with revised information, updated banners
  • I use Adobe Photoshop to create the required elements for the aforementioned web pages. This includes logo design, slider banner ad design, icon design, photo deep-etching etc.
  • I create bulk emailers using MailChimp.
