Summary
My passion and experience with Learning & Development started during my studies at Stellenbosch University which has led me to pursue a career in the field. My current work experience started with a 3-month internship with Content+Cloud, thereafter I accepted a permanent position as the L&D Coordinator and was then promoted to the L&D Facilitator. I have a strong work ethic with excellent communication, organizational and people skills, through which I have cultivated steadfast relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I have led and assisted in various projects, impacting from team-only to company-wide initiatives and change implementations, effecting from 1 person to 1 200 people.
I am part of the Health & Safety Committee as a Representative, First Aider, and Fire & Evacuation Warden, as well as providing Emergency Evacuation Drill training to ensure continued compliance with the OHSA. I have served on the Employment Equity committee for a year as a representative.

- Coordinated and prioritized required training courses for all employees across Advania UK and subsidiaries - approximately 300 individually booked course and exams a year, and provide course materials on a daily basis to 1300 employees.
- Designed and delivered web-based, self-directed learning materials across various platforms.
- Facilitated virtual, in-person and blended learning sessions - mentoring and coaching various employees, training ranges from onboarding new hires to upskilling existing employees on internal tools, processes and systems.
