Market Analysis & Research - Conduct continuous market surveillance to identify and analyze key trends, news, and market-moving events. Synthesize research findings into concise and actionable reports for the trading team, providing valuable insights to identify new trading opportunities and inform strategy.

Compliance & Risk Mitigation - Uphold and enforce all regulatory requirements and internal compliance protocols. Collaborate with the compliance department to resolve any discrepancies and contribute to a culture of risk awareness and operational integrity.

Cross-functional Communication & Coordination - Serve as a primary liaison between the trading desk and critical support functions, including IT, operations, and middle office. Facilitate seamless communication to swiftly resolve operational issues, streamline workflows, and support the continuous improvement of the trading infrastructure.
