  • This is where I worked inside as BAKERY OPERATOR.
  • I oversaw the Bakery side as I was working alone at the time.
  • -I checked the fridge temperatures.
  • -I cleaned and refilled the coffee machine.
  • -In charge of the bakery
  • -I also made fresh and toasted sandwiches.
  • -When it’s not busy I would be assigned to help the cashiers... (selling electricity and other items)

QUAD HOUSE
  • -This was the house catered for Physically Challenged people, mainly (PARAPLEGIC)
  • -My duties there were to:
  • Clean the house
  • Do the laundry
  • I would also attend to phone calls at the reception and sign for package deliveries.

  • This is where I learnt a lot of things.

  • I was in charge of the GRAB AND GO section.
  • Attending to orders as they come.; creating Everting form scratch As time went by my head chef noticed my dedication to my work, so from time to time I would work with him and the junior chefs.
  • We would make buffet meals and function meals, sometimes I would go and help at the FRONT OF HOUSE to dish or help as a cashier.
