• I am a Customer Consultant that works on different projects.
• I worked myself up to a senior consultant within the first few moths.
• Furthermore, I deal with complaints and queries daily and finding solutions to their problems. Answering anything from 300 to 500 tickets a week depending on how busy it is.
• I also had the opportunity to be one of 3 Agents to build a Chat and Ticketing Bot for the project.

This is where my passion for travel started. This was something beyond different, as I do not think I will call it a "job". The whole atmosphere was different, not just a 'sale' but family for life. You build relationships with your passengers, and they will book a cruise just to come back and spend time with you.

Daily task consist of:

• Meeting personal and team target
• Dealing/solving complaints
• Interacting with guest/ building a relationship
• Inventory
• Replacing sold merchandise
• Helping with the Runway at sea, getting the models dressed and helping them to put on their jewels for the fashion show.
• Handling and selling unique pieces up to 1 Million USD

At Scoin we sold rare Gold Coins. We had daily targets to reach.

Team work was essential in our daily targets.
