Policy and Procedure

Employee Relations

  • Provide guidance to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary, and performance matters.
  • Support managers in all disciplinary and grievance cases and ensure
  • procedural and substantive compliance in line with TWR disciplinary code and procedure.
  • Liaise with legal counsel where necessary (CCMA)
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Manage Industrial Relations matters and liaise with relevant stakeholders
