  • Responsible for the Salesforce environment for the global business.
  • Accountable for all functional systems support and solution delivery.
  • Management of three Salesforce orgs. One is in classic, and two are in lightning. The classic org is being migrated to Lightning.
  • Included in the management of these organizations are other apps and multiple integrations. Our ecosystem includes CPQ, Pardot, Outreach, Twilio, and Gimbal, to name a few.
