In my dual role as Principal and Grade R Teacher, I was responsible for both the overall management of the preschool and the daily teaching and development of a 5-year-old class. This position required strong leadership, organisation, creativity, and a hands-on approach to early childhood education.

Reason for Leaving: The mother wanted someone that could permanently be available as she worked from home and unfortunately, due to my degree I had to leave. I did help her to find a replacement for my position.
Reason for leaving: I was only employed to assist with the peak time and it came to an end in April

Due to a change in my academic schedule, my class times began to clash with working hours. After discussion, both parties mutually agreed that it would be best to find someone with greater schedule availability.
