Book candidates for criminal screening and medical exams.
Schedule and book training for new hires.
Training and Certification:
Compile training packs for employees who require TMM or Engineering licenses.
Book periodic medicals and training sessions for employees.
Mining & Administrative Duties:
Complete SMS mining contracts and submit them to the Payroll Department.
Update absent calendars for employees.
Sit in on hearings as a scribe.
Promotions and Demotions:
Book changes of occupations, promotions, or demotions for employees.
Reporting:
Update the Weekly Labour Recruitment Tracker.
Update the Weekly Disciplinary Report.
Update the Monthly Highest Qualification Report.
Other Administrative Tasks:
Control PDS tags.
File leave forms, disciplinary forms, and PDS sheets.
