• Planning weekly and daily activities
• Assist with managing the RRAMS program for the Nkangala District Municipality and the six local municipalities.

• Founded MK_HOUSE_PLANS as an independent venture focused on designing residential house plans, particularly for rural developments.
• Drafted custom home designs using AutoCAD, aligning with client needs, budget, and site-specific considerations.
• Drafted more than 100 house plans, including double story buildings and creches
• Supervised construction materials and building methods on-site to ensure quality control and adherence to basic standards.
• Currently pursuing SACAP registration to legally submit municipal drawings, and NHBRC certification, to expand into certified home building, architectural works, and construction of rural buildings.
