  • As a Peernagator Supervisor, I work with 10 Peernagators across different communities. My main role is to guide, support, and monitor them to ensure their work is impactful and effective. Together, we focus on addressing the needs of young people within communities, with a strong emphasis on sexual and reproductive health as well as other social challenges affecting youth.

    I provide mentorship and supervision to ensure that Peernagators deliver accurate information, maintain confidentiality, and create safe spaces for young people. Where issues are beyond our scope, I coordinate and refer cases to relevant stakeholders for further support.

    Through this role, I help strengthen the link between young people, Peernagators, and community structures, ensuring that youth receive the guidance, services, and opportunities they need
