  • My duties are to managing the day to day operations of the commercial & residential portfolio within Sectional title schemes.

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements within the portfolio.
  • .Coordinate with building managers to oversee maintenance and repairs with contractors and service providers and ensure work quality meets agreed standards.

  • Conduct sectional title and MDA training to new team members.

  • Loading all invoices to MDA system (adhoc and services level agreements)
