In my role, I have successfully established and built AI and cloud strategies for various Enterprise FSI accounts, such as Discovery, Momentum, Alex Forbes, Investec, Telesure, PPS, Bidvest, Sun International and a few other strategic accounts, I have also delivered these throuhg partner eco systems and have established great relationships in them.
Work Description and Key Responsibilities
I managed over 15 direct customer accounts, this was split between FSI and retail, some of the accounts included, Woolworths, Engen, Hollard, Sanlam and Supergroup.
I successfully helped customesr plan and execute refreshes on their technology stacks, help them build chargeback and depreciation models. I built roadmaps with them on newer technologies and cloud technologies that would help them achieve business goals.
