  • Supported Data Management Processes and Quality Improvement on HAST Program at District Level (effectively 60 facilities supported via sub-districts and individual facility support visits with the district DOH TB Management/ Supervisory Team) on systems such as TIER.Net, EDRWeb, the District Health Information System (DHIS2, i.e., WebDHIS) and clinical stationary - Improved Accuracy of Health Systems Data
  • Worked with District M&E Coordinator (THINK) and TB Supervisors (DOH) to improve linkage to care and strengthen Retention in Treatment
  • Analyzed and evaluated facility level project performance indicators to determine appropriate intervention – Accurately analyzed LTF Trends and focused interventions on challenge areas at one of supported facilities. For instance, 03 times more males than females were likely to default on treatment and 89% of all defaults occurred within 03 months of starting treatment in cohort assessed, etc.
  • Installed, Networked and Troubleshot TIER.Net and Associated DBMS Software (MS SQL Server) for M&E Coordinators, Data Quality Mentors and Data Clerks/ Capturers and Provided Implementer Support at supported facilities and helped in resolving queries in Line Lists and Reports - Also equipped other officials in these skills to maximize productivity and minimize downtimes, as well as increasing reliability of data
  • Assisted in the Improvement of Routine Data Collection Tools, Data Quality Assessment Tools, Implementation Strategies and Processes to Increase Ownership of Data and Commitment to Data Quality and Data Use - Automated (pre-programmed) routine Data Quality Assessment tools at THINK are relevant, progressive, current and comprehensive
